National Committees
In 11 cashew-producing countries across Africa, ACA National Committees represent stakeholders all across each country’s cashew value chain. The National Committees’ role is to disseminate information on relevant cashew developments, promote the ACA to policymakers, and to each elect a National Representative to participate in the ACA Steering Committee.
Depending on the country, National Committees are either specifically established for this purpose, or are formed on the basis of existing national structures.
ACA National Committees currently exist in Benin, Burkina Faso, Côte d’Ivoire, The Gambia, Ghana, Guinea-Bissau, Kenya, Nigeria, Mozambique, Senegal and Tanzania.
